Shipping & Returns

ALL POLICIES BELOW ARE FOR WESBITE SALES - IN STORE POLICIES MAY DIFFER FROM INFORMATION LISTED BELOW.

 

Shipping & Handling Fees: 
We ship via FedEx, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on your zip code and the actual weight plus 75 cents for handling. During checkout you will have the option of using whichever deliver option you prefer.   We require all orders to have signature confirmation delivery.  This is to protect you the buyer and us as the seller.  This costs is calculated into the shipping cost during checkout.

 

Order with Different Shipping & Billing Address: 
We will not ship to a different address other than the verified billing address for the credit card; unless you provide us with extra documentation and proof of the reason for such a request.  Please make a note as to why you are requesting an alternate shipping address in the order notes field during checkout.  We will then reach out to you for further documentation and proof to verify the request.  Please understand we are not trying to make your life difficult.  We are trying to be prudent and diligent in our attempts to prevent credit card fraud.


Knife Shipment Policy: 
Knives will only be shipped to customers over 18 years old where there are no Federal, State or Local Laws that prohibit knife purchases. 


International Shipping Policy: 
We do not ship any products outside of the US.

 

Returns/Canceled Orders:
No unauthorized returns.
Once an order status is "Processing" it can no longer be canceled without incurring a restocking fee as listed below. 

We will not accept returns for any MGW sight pushers.
All Firearms Sales are Final and no Returns are accepted.  Any issues with firearms will need to be directed to the manufacture directly for repair/warranty.

Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). 

 

Returns For Credit: 
Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted without an RA#. We will take back any non-firearm product that you are not happy with as long as it is not related to a manufactures defect. Any product that has a manufacturer defect needs to be handled directly through the manufacturer. Credits/refunds will be issued for items with RA#'s returned within 10 days of receipt, and must be in original packaging and sell-able condition.  All returns/cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  There will be no refund given for shipping costs on any returned items.

 

Defective Products
Where items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, these items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible with this process. We strive to carry and sell only top quality products for our customers.
